Jonathan Beuchat

Jonathan brings over 15 years of experience collaborating with top leaders in the pharmaceutical, legal, and consulting industries. As a Swiss entrepreneur and co-founder of Group DYN, he has helped build the firm into one of Switzerland’s leading fiduciary companies, offering services in accounting, finance, auditing, taxation, human resources management, and, more recently, insurance brokerage.

As a Specialist in Finance and Accounting, he also holds a CAS in M&A. Jonathan has played a pivotal role in driving startup growth and managing M&A transactions. He has successfully executed several exits, benefiting both his own ventures and those of his clients. Recognized for this, Jonathan is regularly invited to sit on boards and was named one of the top entrepreneurs under 40 in French-speaking Switzerland by Bilan magazine.

Loïs Hainard

Loïs Hainard

Outside Legal Counsel & Member of the BoD

Loïs is an expert in corporate law, M&A, venture capital, and private equity. For over 15 years, he has advised entrepreneurs, investors, SMEs, venture capital and private equity firms, as well as family offices on business transactions both in Switzerland and internationally. He has successfully led numerous M&A transactions as well as financing transactions from early stage to pre-IPO.

Loïs holds an LL.M. from Fordham Law School and has been a corporate law partner at Bonnard Lawson since 2016. Since 2021, he has been recommended in corporate law/M&A by LEGAL500 EMEA, recognizing his professionalism and knowledge.

Amine Tazi

Amine Tazi

Amine is a highly accomplished entrepreneur with extensive C-level experience in private equity, corporate strategy, M&A, and operations. As SVP of Strategy & Financial planning at Orange, he ran the strategic and financial plan, overseeing major deals ranging from €50M to €2.5B.

Amine has advised several PE and VC funds and family offices, helping to open new markets and drive value creation. He has also supported numerous startups and SMEs, guiding them through scaling and sustainable growth and supporting their value creation plan. Amine holds an MBA from London Business School and an MSc from EPFL, bringing deep expertise in driving growth, restructuring, and performance improvement across different industries.”

Marco is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in strategic management, innovation, and large-scale business transformation. With a strong network across digital, real estate, and technology sectors, he excels in driving ambitious transformation strategies. He served as Chief Operating Officer at the Geneva Chamber of Commerce and currently holds the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Immosynergies Holding, while also serving as a strategic advisor and board member for companies like RealAdvisor and Link-BIM.

He has successfully supported the launch of numerous startups, transforming them into sustainable and profitable businesses. Marco holds an MSc in Engineering from HEPIA, an MBA from Business School Lausanne, and completed executive education at Columbia Business School.
